Visiting or Contacting the surgery

For general patient/practice enquiries you can contact our reception, preferably after 2pm, or complete an administrative online form from 8am on weekdays. If you prefer to telephone us, then you can call us on 0208 630 3518.

The surgery does not provide any parking for patients. There is spaces on Stamford Brook Avenue for those with a disabled badge, and also those to pay on the meter.

There is a ramp and automatic doors into the practice and induction loops at reception. Within the building we have a lift and accessible bathrooms with changing facilities.
