OLD NEWS: Patchs Closed Message Feb 2023

Dear Patients,

Our PATCHS system will be closed until we are settled in the new building after the 17th April.

We currently have a high level of sickness and leave amongst staff and are only able to provide strict emergency only appointments at present. As a result we have had to temporarily close our online PATCHS system during this time.

For urgent matters whilst we are unavailable, please contact 111 or visit your nearest Urgent Care Centre or A&E.

Please be patient and bear with us at this time.
